Shipping policy

Depending on the weight, your order will be shipped by First Class or Priority Mail through United States Postal Service (USPS).  Due to circumstances outside of our control, orders may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered once dropped off with USPS.  However, orders are usually dropped off within 2 to 5 business days of original purchase.

If you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped in more than one parcel and could arrive a day or two apart.

Throughout our 50+ years in business, very few products have been damaged in shipping. If this were to happen, let us know, and we will send a replacement.

To avoid shipping delays and associated costs, we recommend buying extra charts to keep on hand as unique, meaningful gifts for those last-minute occasions.  For holiday gift-giving, especially around Christmas and Easter, please order early, allowing extra time for your products to arrive.

To receive products by Christmas 2026, please make sure to order by November 15, 2026.  We cannot guarantee that orders made after the date will arrive in time for Christmas.
